After many years of horrible performance from Netflix (or NetFLUX as we call them), we decided that it was time for the public to have a forum. There is a lot of negative commentary about Netflix problems on the Internet, but we felt it should all be consolidated on one website.

Pissed off at Netflix

In the list of movies or TV shows they show the same movie and TV shows over & over & over again. To make look like theirs more shows then there really is. All this really does is waste my time & make me pissed off netflix . It seems like they go out of their way to waste peoples time. At the end of the month netflix is gone never to return on my TV.

PS :Also the algorithm they use really does not work.

Netflix “hesitates” or “stutters” every two seconds or so, but only on my PC. I can run YouTube flawlessly in 4K on the same machine. The computer is a 4.2GHz Quad-Core machine with 8GB of RAM and an Asus 990FX R3.0 video card. Netflix runs without issues via my Smart TV or App on my Blueray player. This is extremely annoying!

I hate that they place movies & TV shows all together , I have limited time to find and watch a movie when i come home, So I watch nothing , for this reason i will be getting rid of Netflix.

I live in Mexico. Have had Netflix about a year. A continual problem is that the sound cuts out for 2 or 3 words in every program I watch. This happens at 2 to 4 times in a program.
The other problem is that for approximately the last 2 months Netflix does not connect. Sometimes it says Error and other times it says we are having trouble with this program which means all programs. This is happening more frequently like 2 times a week. I only watch on my Samsung smart tv. Thanks for any help.

Been having connection issues and experiencing severe latency problems the last 2 years. The only thing that helps resolve this is switching users, but that only works for 2-3 episodes. At this point we have to sign out of all devices and sign in individually again.

For some reason “Stranger Things” will not stream in hdr on either my LG OLES Smart TV (Dolby Vision) or on my Samsung 4K Blu Ray player (Smart Apps included, normal hdr)
Note:
1. All other hdr/Dolby Vision programmes play perfectly well
2. Router Speed 66 mbps average speed (Well this is the UK)
3. Have tried Password Reset. Didn’t work
4. Have tried turning off Router, TV and Blu Ray at power socket for 30 mins then restarting Router and then devices, didn’t work

They advised contacting my service provider (BT in the UK) and asking them to perform a “DNS Flush” my provider had not heard of this!! How it would work on a smart tv? Who knows

Netflix customer service unfortunately useless. Just a bunch of “troubleshooting steps” which you know in advance will not work.

Can anyone else help with this?

I get message opps something whet wrong all the time , Shows hanging all the time. Why do they insist on mixing up movies & TV shows in the same category makes it time consuming to just find a movie when i want. Ive called Netflix the people that answer phone don’t give a shit why your calling .

Im having issues with audio lad on between 10ms to 30ms. Its annoying. Tried several netflix apk versions but the issue exists. Contacted netflix for a fix and pointing to an appropriate apk version but no luck. They dont know themselves how to provide an appropriate apk. Sucks.

1.Every time i call Netflix on the phone the person that answered the phone could careless why i was calling.
2.Separate movies and TV show you mix them all together.
3.Get rid of scrolling side ways.
4.Have someone look up Genres – you don’t make up your own genres willy nilly

slow loading and constant buffering for several weeks, was somewhat better two months ago.
after loading would play for about 15 seconds and stop. rebooted everything and had comcast reset the internet connection. was fine for about 5 minutes. other streaming services are working fine, even the free ones. so, just saw a monthly charge for poor service. after three months of unusable poor service it is time to cancel.

Download movies to my phone, plug into my tv screen, everything shows up fine until the actual movie begins then the tv screen stay frozen on the video box with the ‘play’ arrow. Note: movie continues to play on my phone but not on tv screen.
